The Pharmacy For You
We are an apothecary as opposed to a pharmacy - which will mean that we are designed to have an old, home town feel that will take people back to a time that slows things down. A time when community is family. We offer services such as a free coffee bar, candy station, toy station and a store that takes you back to a slow paced life.
At Hopkins Apothecary, we believe that being a community pharmacy means your experience should be personalized and unique. Proudly serving the Camden area, our friendly staff strive to exceed expectations and provide a service unmatched by others. Our expert pharmacists will take the time to answer all of your questions and our friendly staff will make you feel right at home. Being a customer-centered pharmacy means your happiness and well-being is our top priority. Stop by today and feel the difference being a community pharmacy makes.
Meet Our Staff
Dr. Brad Hopkins
Brad has been a pharmacist for over 25 years. He is blessed to have a wonderful staff and works in a community that allows him to show his personality and to take care of his customers. He is always willing to listen to his patients and makes sure that they are satisfied with the service they receive from the Apothecary.
Jessica Salazar

Alisa Blackmon
The “mayor” of Eva is keeping tabs on everyone. Alisa has been a certified tech for many years in a variety of different settings but has found a home at Hopkins Apothecary. Alisa makes sure we stay on focus and will make sure that are patients are taken care of in more ways than just their medication. She will follow up after appointments, deliver whatever you need.
Ava Baker
Ava is taking charge of our front end. She manages the retail section of the pharmacy. Ava has broken out of her shell and has learned to hold her own in the pharmacy. She isn’t afraid to tell you what’s on her mind. Ava is a special part of our family and she takes pride in her customer service.
Bella Powell
Bella keeps everything in order for everyone. She manages the front end and knows where everything is. If something needs to be done – Bella takes care of it. She not only keeps the front end organized but she works in all areas as a technician and knows our patients and takes time to know them more and more.
Shelly Cagle
Shelly is from Decatur County and has had the privilege of working with Brad and Sid for many years in Parsons. She is a certified technician and has taken over the motherly role in the work fam. She makes sure all of our parties are planned and the food is fresh. But her care for the patients and her can do attitude makes her invaluable for our customers.
Miranda Taylor
Miranda has been with Hopkins Apothecary since the beginning in 2019. She is the OG!!! She has been a technician for many years. As with all of our other employees – she devotes herself to the care of our patients. Miranda thankfully understands Brad and Sid and keeps them in line as well.
Sid Osment
Hall of Famer Sid Osment has been a pharmacist for over 35 years. He has worked in multiple settings but has come home like so many to Hopkins Apothecary. Sid will make sure that the patient gets what they need, will work with providers and will tell you “Roll Tide” when necessary.
Samantha Bishop
Sam has been a certified technician for several years, mostly in Jackson but has moved back home. She is extremely thorough and will make sure that every patient has what they need. She isn’t afraid to two step her way around the pharmacy and keeps everything just fine.
